Tiffany Santagati is a passionate executive, mentor and community builder whose 20-plus-year career has been defined by leadership, service, and expanding opportunities for both individuals and neighborhoods. Motivated by a belief in fairness, dignity, and access for all, she blends strategic insight with heartfelt connection in every role. In her role as Vice President of Operations at the Greenville Housing Fund, Tiffany leads strategy, budgeting, and program oversight for initiatives that have supported more than 1,841 affordable homes. Her work strengthens neighborhoods, creates ladders of stability, and builds partnerships that help people and places flourish. Tiffany has held senior leadership across banking, nonprofit, and civic sectors—helping teams become stronger, systems more responsive, and stakeholders more empowered. Her service has been recognized with awards including Top Woman in Business (2025) by Greenville Business Magazine, Most Beautiful People in Greenville (2023), and Women of Influence (2020). She holds a B.A. in Psychology, an MBA, and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership.
